Meaning of Summons :- An official demand to appear in a Law court.
FORM OF SUMMONS CrPC Section 61 :- Every summons issued by a court under this code shall be in writing , in duplicate, signed by the presiding officer of such court or by such other officer as the High court may, from time to time , by rule direct , and shall bear the seal of the court .
WARRANT (अधिकार पत्र ) Section 70 -81 CrPC
A document issued by a Legal or Government Official authority the Police officer or another body to make an action .
CrPC section 70 – 1 . Every warrant of arrest issued by a court under this code shall be in writing ,signed by the presiding officer of such court and shall bear the seal of the court .
2. Ever such warrant shall remain in force until it is cancelled by the court which issued it, or until it is executed .
